Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to successful delivery. The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, risk management, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Gather and analyze client requirements.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Create project plans and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Track resource utilization and project budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Communicate project status to clients and senior management.
• Handle change requests and prioritize project tasks.
• Ensure quality standards and best development practices are followed.

Required Skills
