    We believe your success is our success. Since 2006, Thaler has been committed to training young talent in the fields of metalworking and agricultural machinery mechanics. Each year, we welcome 4–7 apprentices into a 3 to 3.5-year program, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals. This hands-on training secures the quality and expertise behind every Thaler machine.

    All Thaler loaders are developed and manufactured exclusively in Polling, Germany. Our vertically integrated production—ranging from design and laser cutting to CNC milling, coating, and final assembly—is supported by advanced machinery and experienced craftsmen. This guarantees the highest standards in quality, reliability, and long-term value.
